The Inaugural runDisney Star Wars Dark Side Challenge

When I ran the Star Wars Rebel Challenge in Disneyland in January, I knew I would have to run the Dark Side when it was announced as well. Not only was my love of Star Wars and running being combined a second time by runDisney, but now I would be doing the Kessel Run by completing both and receive a medal to commemorate it.

The inevitable zombie apocalypse will be upon us sooner than we think. Many of us think about what weapons we’ll use to battle them when it happens, and sometimes think about where we might hold up to defend ourselves from them, but what happens after that? NYRR Run for the Parks 4M 2016

On a chilly April morning, a week before traveling to Florida for back to back races, I ran my first New York Road Runners race of the year. For a four mile race, we ran Central Park and I started the road to the 2017 NYC Marathon.

With all the devices we have for our televisions, we become inundated with remotes. Our televisions, blu-ray/dvd players, cable boxes, AppleTVs, Rokus, etc. all come with remote controls to interface with each device. The solution is get the One Ring of remotes – one to rule them all. The Pronto and Peel app allows your smartphone to become that universal remote to control those devices.

Review: The LEGO Adventure Book Volume 3

I previously reviewed The LEGO Adventure Book Volume 1 and Volume 2. Both were excellent resources for building and learning how to build original creations with LEGO, so when I was offered The LEGO Adventure Book Volume 3, I had to check it out and see more of Megan Rothrock’s excellent work.
